We found Poland to be a very pretty country. There had been plenty of rain and everything was lush and green. We were taken to the town square for lunch and the buildings were gorgeous and there were lots of flower baskets and pots. There were also lots of decorated horse drawn carriages that you could have a ride around the square.

OUr guide was hilarious, with an accent we told us "We are very generous to the pigeons, we feed them, then they shit on you and then you have to use your tissue to wipe it off. They don't worry about you, dey just fly away.

Mr Kosciuszko who named Mount Kosciusko, a very important military engineer and leader and statesman, in Poland, Lithuania, Belarus and America. Mount Kosciuszko in Australia is named in his honour.
In a very expensive avenue in Krakow, the cardinals of the Catholic Church owned a lot of property and to signal that the house was owned by a cardinal, a cardinals hat would be erected above their crest above the front door
I could have spent hours in this shop, it was hilarious
From ground level, this excavation on the inside of a shop building, goes down two storeys, showing how much the level of the street elevates over centuries.
